Research Activities
My primary professional research interests include: Interpersonal, Relational & Family Communication, Health Communication, and Communication Research Methods. For a list of formal research appointments, publications, and presentations, please see my Curriculum Vitae.
  • Designed and conducted numerous research projects utilizing qualitative, quantitative and multiple method approaches in the fields of communication, social sciences, health care and public policy.

  • Presented over 30 research projects to local, state, regional, and national audiences.

  • Published research-based articles and research briefs with academic, professional, and lay audiences.

  • Coordinated grant-funded research projects totaling more than $345K.
